- All orders must be paid in advanced unless otherwise discussed and other arrangements have been made.

 

Custom orders

- Hidecraft specializes in custom automotive interiors, because each project is custom-made, variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the work that needs to be performed. 

- Lead times for custom orders will be communicated at the time of the quote and are subject to change.

 

Refunds & cancellations

- Due to the custom nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL once production begins.

- Cancellations may only be accepted prior to the start of work and at Hidecraft's discretion.

- Refunds for completed custom products are not offered at this time.

- Standard, Non-custom items (if applicable) follow the refund policy described at checkout.

 

Shipping & delivery

- Shipping costs, delivery times, and risk of loss are clearly stated at checkout.

- Hidecraft is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside of our control.
 

Intellectual property

- All images, logos, and designs on this site are intellectual property of hidecraft.
