Processing times

  • Standard in stock products ship within 1-2 business days.

  • Custom made product ship may take 3-4 weeks to produce and ship within 1-2 business days of completion.

  • Production times are estimates and are dependent on the availability of the materials. If there is a delay in your order we will let you know as soon as possible to discuss lead time or other options.
     

Shipping methods & costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • We ship internationally using trusted carriers such as UPS & USPS.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

Delivery timeframes

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method chosen at time of checkout. Once shipped, Hidecraft is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
     

International orders

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes for all international shipments.

  • Due to the custom nature of our product we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

  • please ensure you provide accurate car, or seat information at the time of placing your order.

Warranty

  • Hidecraft stands behind the quality of our craftmanship. We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the day of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship. 

  • Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 7 days. Prompt inspection helps ensure that warranty claims can be handled quickly.

  • Warranty includes defects such as faulty stitching, incorrect fitment, or material flaws caused during production. 

  • Warranty EXCLUDES normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or alteration of the product.
